FYI - I, like many, have had the same issue. Re-torquing the valve cover worked for ~10K miles before I had to bite the bullet and redo the gaskets. When you do tighten the cover bolts, spend some time cleaning up the surrounding areas so you can tell if/when it starts weeping again.

The TRD supercharger is CARB approved, which is why it passed. An aftermarket turbo that one pieces together would have to be approved by a CARB referee before it can pass a visual inspection (unless you have a very friendly smog technician).

Could be a lot of things - leaky steering rack, leaky valve covers dripping oil, grease from the otre / ball joint, leaking shock. Take a picture, or at least describe the color, viscosity, smell, etc.

Thanks for the follow up post Jhelms. I've had similar, though less dramatic symptoms, which were not cured by cleaning the TB. I did not, however, notice or clean the 6-8 holes you mentioned. I'll take another look this weekend and see if those might be clogged.
