Yes, installed at same time. I also installed airbags prior to installing the icons. So they have not seen any hard hits as the bags dont let my rear travel as much, no where near the bump stops.

I have a 4.0 powered FJ and i like the motor. But i have owned a few 4.7 tundras and that motor is fun to drive.
