I am using this one which works just fine, but is smaller in diameter than the original. I measured the gap on the "bolt" that the c-clip sits on with a micrometer and it read .247. McMaster-Carr If you want it to look like the factory one this should do it... McMaster-Carr

My 4xinnovations bumper bolted up, no modification needed. Getting the holes perfectly aligned required some use of a jack but other then that pretty easy.

If you do hard wheeling on narrow trails that side ladder will cause problems. I have body damage right where that ladder sits, and didn't even feel the impact. I'd stick with a rear ladder to prevent getting hung up.
