They don't call em 3.slow for nuthin ya know. When I first got my 94 I thought something was bad wrong with it too. Changed the fuel filter and that helped it some, but these 3.0 motors are no speed freaks. With the new filter it would eventually get to 75 mph, barely....now I'm running 100%...

Dear Toyota....couldn't you find a worse place to put the fuel filter? 2 hrs to change out and 1.5 of those was trying to get the lines threaded into the filter. I'll be paying someone to change the next one.
