Yeah I'd check the fuses and run a meter. then turn the key to accessory and try and open the roof, see if you can hear the motor trying to turn. Worst case its just a blown motor if your fuse is fine. Example, mine wont open right now but I can hear the motor trying to turn. I've fixed issues...
