I assume the V6 skid plate is the same as the V8. I haven't had a skid plate in at least a decade.

I've started using fluid film and it's incredible. Pressure wash, then use a wire brush to knock rust loose, then use rust convertor, then follow up with fluid film inside and outside the frame. Apply in summer so it has time to creep and polymerize a bit. This is a 250k mile car in the Ohio...

If it's getting into the oil, which it is not. If it's going into the cylinder then its just going to burn up with the engine running.

All evap codes are safe to drive on. Check the wiring to the solenoid and if its good I'd try replacing it, it's like a $15 part.

Very lol. You should see my OTHER vehicle. I actually support cats being sold on new cars I just don't agree with any sort of requirement for older vehicles. I'm not killing bambi keeping a car on the road that is old enough to drink.
