Thanks... That's spot on. Torque specs on the shaft I am assuming are fairly close to what's in my tacoma. so based on this video, should make me 15 min when I start unscrewing bolts :) haha

So how can I trouble shoot the vacuum to the ADD?

Anyone have a step by step in order to fix? I am assuming you pull the wheel hub, then pull the cv axle out and repack?

What else could be wrong then? I get a clunk but the lights are still blinking and it is definitely not engages

How much will that run me at a shop? I can do it just done have time... Could this affect 4wd not working at all?

Still have no 4wd. I am getting a clunk and can hear the actuator from time to time. What does the vacuum leak diagnosis look like?

That's funny on the slope... When I am on an upward slope I can hear the actuator but get nothing. Will try to roll backwards

Okay so I can now hear the actuator every now and then when I try with just the ignition on, no engine. 4wd still won't engage. Thoughts?

Does it mean anything if the light keeps blinking even when I switch back to 2hi? Will try the mallet truck when I get back home. What's the buzz noise I hear when I engage using the button?

Btw, I can hear the buzz in the front when I have the key on engine off and I switch into 4hi
