2005 4x4 130,000 #6 (P0306) Always serviced at factory intervals and never overheated.

The heads were pressue and vacuum tested. I was told they were good and didn't need any add'l work.

For what it's worth, I just went thru this too with my 05 v6 w/130,000 mi. Rough idle on start for 30 to 60 secs and the P0306 code. No white smoke, no noticeable coolant loss, although a couple of times I thought I could smell coolant in the cabin. Went round and round for a couple of weeks...

I have a Scion T1807 that's worked great ... up until a few days ago. Now it won't eject the cd that's in there. Anyone have any ideas on how to remove a balky cd from this unit?

The V8s are full time 4wd, but the V6 has 2wd for on-road use.

I think the FJC spings with Bilstein 5100s would be really interesting combination. Just a small amt of lift, but a bit more shock.

Modest lift - about 2"+ in the front and 1" for the rear. Plus another 1/2" overall from the tires. Seems to be a good compromise for a daily driver & offroad cruiser.

For the past 20 yrs I've had 2 criteria for a vehicle. It has to be a 4x4 and it to has to sleep 2 in the back. I looked at an FJC and thought "Great, but if they only made one with better rear visiblity and a bit more room in the back" ... then I realized they do, the 4Runner.
