LOL - I had the same problem (in my Tundra). Solution: Place small strips of the foam-y 3M double-sided tape on both surfaces of needle-nose pliers. Provides some adhesion/friction and a bit of cushion

How does the 4R feel smaller than the Sequoia? I know the turning radius is a bit better, but I thought they were very much comparable in size.
