I was having the same exact issue as the OP, I changed out my cabin air filter, (which was pretty clogged up) and now my AC is blowing harder and colder than any other time I've owned the vehicle in 6 years!

If anyone else is experiencing this issue, I ended up ordering a new replacement switch on Amazon. Installed it this morning and my auto up and down worked immediately after resetting the switch. Gotta love a $23 easy fix!

I am having this exact issue after replacing the regulator and motor. All of the windows go up and down with no problem, but I can't reset the driver's window to go back to auto mode. The light also flashes now. 2 flashes then pause, 2 flashes then pause. etc

I found a different solution for the exact same problem, many others seem to have. I have 04 SR5 and my gas cap would not stay on tight, since I had no idea how old the gas cap was, I purchased a brand new OEM Toyota one on Amazon. CEL and TRAC Control lights turned off. Seemed like the problem...
