I would have asked to talk to a manger. All it takes to center the wheel is loosening 2 jam nuts and adjusting the inner tie rod in equal but opposite amounts left to right. If they didn't get that right, I doubt they could properly adjust the 4 camber adjusters to get your caster correct.

I would assume that when the weld-nuts were installed in the body shop in Tahara, there was insufficient electrical insulation on the locating pin. This would cause an arcing which would damage the thread. This is all speculation, but even with a clean thread I was still damaging the bolts...

Too expensive. I got my 2014 TE premium KDSS for ~31k with 40k miles. A motorcycle carrier is going to be close or above the maximum rated tongue weight (due to the lever arm created.) I would recommend a trailer if you need to haul at 400+ lb motorcycle.

I welcomed spring and broke in the new tires today.

I love the tires. I'm running 38PSI. They are fairly quiet and look great. I've received a lot of compliments on the vehicle. Even with the fender mod, I still rub the front bumper ever so slightly in reverse while flexed.

Just my 2 cents, go with a front 5100 lift. You can go from 0.75-2.5" lift and a set isn't horribly expensive. The AT3W 285/70R17 rubbed pretty good on my stock Trail Premium KDSS. I only had to modify my front fender (described in my build thread) after alignment.
