I ended up designing and 3D printing a 3-switch plate that fits between the front bezel and the cubby hole to keep my switches in place and vertical if you're interested in switching it up. I don't know to upload an image here, so here's a link to it on Thingiverse. 3rd Gen 4Runner Center...
I'm having the same issue, but the Dome fuse isn't blown. I also checked the Accessory fuse, same deal.
The only thing is that I replaced both fuses and after a couple days, both fuses have a bit of reddish tint on the pins. Any idea what that could indicate?
