no need to re pin, I just piggybacked the stock plug. you could cut and splice something in if you wanted but those wires are very short and would be real easy to mess up.

mirrors just showed up from the pre-order! the quality seems to be there as far as the build. however the instructions that came in the box are not for a 4runner and are of no use. I don't think this will be a problem to solve just by looking at it once apart, but something to note.
