Well, I went ahead and replaced all three coil packs and six spark plugs. The old plugs looked like they had regular wear. It didn’t shake for about a week but started again yesterday; apparently that wasn’t the problem. Any further guidance?

If that were the case wouldn't I have a misfire code (which I don't)?
