I just bought a 2018 TRD OR with KDSS, everything else is basic (cloth seats, no cargo pull out, moonroof or anything) and paid $39,500 OTD in Phoenix AZ. I had one dealer that laughed me off for any offer less than $40k, and another that wouldnt go lower than $39,750 OTD for the same model...
