Installed the engine on my 98 4runner I bought Friday and took the first drive. First time its been on the road in over 14 years. Thing drives like brand new. Mixed feeling about putting a 150k engine in a 42k 4runner. Runs and drives great though.
i just spent 6 hours unhooking the wiring from the motor. Someone barfed all over the passenger side of this donor car right after crashing apparently. That would have saved a shitload of time.
