OK, I'm a newbee here, but not to 4Runners (my '99 is my third one). The DeFog Relay started click-click-clicking and draining the battery. I've pulled it and I think that's solved part of the problem, at least the battery drain, but it's not the cure. I don't know if the rear DeFog is working...
