You can get an OME trim packer which raises it around 3/4" or you can get a custom spacer made by Cornfed or someone similar. I think I'm going to do the same to raise my rear about a 1/2".

Finally finished my upgrade! Took me 7 hours to do the install all by myself which was a bit longer than I expected, but I'm extremely happy with the result. Biggest hiccups during install was a sway bar bolt that kept spinning, leaking inner CV boots, and the time it took to fit the rear...
