Anyone ever find a solution to this issue? I'm having the same issue on my 99 4runner with 217k. So far we have changed the following:
IACV
MAF sensor
Cleaned throttle body
Fuel Filter
crankshaft pos sensor
camshaft pos sensor
spark plugs/wires
NOTHING has changed. Truck is fine when it's not...
