Saw where someone did this and caused the clip to blow while they were driving. All I remember reading was no one got hurt but he did a lot of damage to the truck. Put the stiffer moogs back on (less sag) and max the bils the right way until you get new UCAs to go higher.

Check what ukbloke said. I've also seen a post on here with similar results after their install. They ended up realizing that their springs were upside down. Something is definitely not right
It blew a few years back and replaced it with a bazooka 8 in drop in from an audio store around here. Still have it if you're interested. It'll work with factory JBL package

When you took the dash apart did you mess with the bolts above the cluster? They tighten the two ports of the cluster wire harness into the cluster. You can only tighten them so much before they start to back the ports out. I'll try to find a picture of the bolts
