I never actually installed these they are still brand new. Eibach advertises they provide 1 inch of lift.

When you say dirt behind there. Are you saying that there is dirt behind the rust flakes? or on the inside of the frame?

Thanks for the responses guys. It was actually surprisingly rigid I dont think I could poke a hole in it with a screwdriver. Either way I'm calling a local shop to see what they can do. I realize this could vary geographically, about how much do you think it might cost to cut out and replace?

I found some rust on my 2003 V8. I was planning on lifting it and getting sliders soon. Now I'm not sure what I should do. The pictures are after some time with a wire wheel. I put POR 15 on it afterward. What are my options? Can it be cut out and patched? Thanks in advance.

How many miles on the UCAs? ETA: I just noticed the 12k miles does that apply to all parts?

Thanks for the response. So if I go with those OME springs I need to set both front and back shocks at 0 or just the front? Are the adjustments for getting lift with factory springs?
