    Prinsu roof rack...any issues or regrets?

    Purchased the rack and the ladder. Parts were missing for the ladder. No one will return phone calls or emails. The rack is on, but the ladder is still in the garage. Hopefully I’ll get the part. If not, $380 wasted.
