Good for you. I tried that no front license plate when I moved from PA to NY. It only took me 2 months for a pullover and a fix it ticket and another 6 months for a $105 fine and another fix it ticket. Decided not to fight the establishment.

Oh you'll definitely love the tires in the snow. I only replaced 3 tires since my spare was never included in the rotation and still have complete treads. I kept one with less treads as spare. I got the wider size so I experienced some rubbing on tight turns but never really saw any damage...
