Well your going to have some rubbing on the pinch welds so expect to break out the hammer and most likely some rubbing offroad with only a 1 inch lift. But you wont know how much until the tires are installed. The brand and type of tire also play a roll.

sr5 and limited are the same and neither will fit 15in rims. You will have to get base models calipers from the models that came with 15 in rims and if those tires are 32s or bigger its going to have some hot and warped rotors. But if its really what you want it can be done, just not ideal or...

I know this sounds odd but most trucks are different, most rub, some don't. you will most likely rub on the pinch welds, but the biggest concern is your UCAs. Most use spacers or new UCAs to fix that problem.
