    alignment issues need help.

I don't mean the hijack the thread but I didn't want to create a new one, but I've been having some vibrations as well from 50 up to 75mph in my seat and steering wheel and I'm almost positive they aren't tire related and here's why. The vibration is intermittent, I can fell it come and go but...

So I got around to installing my lift a couple weeks ago and finally have time to post the progress! Overall I'm happy with the look but the performance side of this I'm kinda torn. I love how it drives on the road, firm and planted, I go 70 on merging ramps on the freeway and feel extremely...

Hey I had to be honest. I bought it when I was almost 19 and had no money so all my money went to matenience (timing belt, water pump, axle seals, and other stuff) but now I'm in a much better situation so here we go!

Well I'm back! After being out of the country for 6 months Im back And have been itching to work on my 4Runner. its time for some matenience and long needed upgrades. With my somewhat tight budget I pulled the trigger on a lift! I ordered: Toyota LBJs Complete lift from toytec with eibachs...

Why not OME 880/906? Talk me out of it.

Well im not going to talk you out of it, as i dont have expierence with the 881/906 setup. But from what I understand the 906 rears are going to stiff, much stiffer than stock. With that said many people run them and love them, and i have 99 talls and the rear is soft and doesnt handle weight at...

What's the real scoop about Toyota frame rust?

My truck has been in the desert or Arizona its whole life and not a single spot of rust on it... I couldnt even imagine what you guys have to deal with in terms of rust. I would freak out if i saw even surface rust on my truck. haha

    Rear cladding (flare) mounts spinning?

Nope, just a wrench up inside the flade to hold the nut

    28/75r16?????

Well your going to have some rubbing on the pinch welds so expect to break out the hammer and most likely some rubbing offroad with only a 1 inch lift. But you wont know how much until the tires are installed. The brand and type of tire also play a roll.

    limited to sr5

sr5 and limited are the same and neither will fit 15in rims. You will have to get base models calipers from the models that came with 15 in rims and if those tires are 32s or bigger its going to have some hot and warped rotors. But if its really what you want it can be done, just not ideal or...

    285/70/17 OEM tundra rims 4runner 3"lift fit

I know this sounds odd but most trucks are different, most rub, some don't. you will most likely rub on the pinch welds, but the biggest concern is your UCAs. Most use spacers or new UCAs to fix that problem.
