Will this motor work/fit on my 2007 T4R lock actuators?

I have a 2007 sport with the steering wheel controls. I want to gain BT and possible nav and backup cam capabilities. But I’ve always know that going with aftermarket changes the stock impedance and the factory speak RE always sound like crap. What are some good options for head units? Thx

Yeah I checked most of those. Everything works on my 4Runner. Makes me think a wire came loose or a fuse is bad JUST on the alarm.
