To my knowledge it's a stock setup with an original 1998 spring with 250k miles, and a stock strut with 20k miles.

Appreciate the perspective. Right now my stock front end is 35.5/36" from ground to fender, rear is about 1.5" lower. I don't mind a bit of positive rake, but with new rears that would be about a 3-4" overall lift in the rear.

Yeah that may have been me haha! Unfortunately it's not running as well as I'd hope, running very rich with a high idle. Trying to chase down vacuum leaks to see if that's the cause.

Vacuum leak could be causing it as well, and something you can check without throwing too much money at the truck. My truck is also running rich :(
