This is good news for me. Just picked up a '95 4x4 in amazing shape (144K miles; I'm the third owner), but cannot find the loops either. Can I ask...where should I be reaching to find them, or what's left of them? Maybe in relation to the seat belt buckles...more toward center than them, or...
