I just did mine at 187k. It was dirty. Refilled with Valvoline transmission oil I had left over. Works fine.

My plan is to replace the whole LCA. I'm at 192k. Thinking next year will be lots of maintenance. New spark plugs, LCA, new belt/pulleys.

I'm at 185k and still on my original belt. I'm thinking of replacing it soonish, but tensioners and idlers are $$$

179000 and a steady diet of Mobil 1 0w-20 extended performance every 10k. A few 15k intervals when I was doing a lot more miles per month. I'm back to 10k intervals now that I'm driving less.
