I'm curious what kind of hardware you use inside the rail? I have the rails on my 01 , but nothing else.

I was getting the blinking light of 4x4 misery as well. I found that the smaller grey connector with two wires on the T-Case motor was loose. This allowed sludge/dirt to enter the contacts. I cleaned both sides of the connector and now more flashing 4x4 light. 2001 LTD btw. I can take a pic of...
