My 2017 Offroad has the same problem and my cheap solution was to buy a thick foam black beer koozie and put it in one of the cupholders in the door. Fixed my problem, 1 1/2 years going.
My 2017 Off Road noise ended up being this problem, make sure it's not your issue as well.
