    What to do?

I'd spend the money on a welder and some material and just be proud of whatever hideous contraption I came up with.

    Low speed shudder?

If you're thinking that your brakes are welding themselves together, that should be easy to check. Drive the truck around for a bit and then feel the rear rims. Did you suffer first, or second, degree burns? If yes, the rear brakes are having issues.

Bit the bullet....... Bedlining whole t4r

Definitely looks better than I thought. How do you deal with this stuff if you get tired of it a couple years down the road? Does it peel off? Can repairs be blended like paint?

    2000 4runner sr5 lift ideas

The sticky is nice, but it's not all inclusive. Coilovers are touted as being 'the best', but you achieve increased lift by cranking down on them, effectively increasing preload and stiffening the overall ride. Travel aside, that's the same as using spacers. Nobody likes preload on a rough road...

Desperate man here. Engine sounds like it wants to kill me after timing belt change..

Agree, but it seems like letting it run a bit may have 'fixed' the idle issue? As for the noise, since you're probably going to have to dig back into it, maybe try removing all those belts that are visible in your video. Don't let it run for long without the water pump spinning, just run it...

Desperate man here. Engine sounds like it wants to kill me after timing belt change..

Quick Google search shows several people with a similar issues (your idle is higher), but I only saw two with clear resolutions. One guy had to drive his for a few days and it went back to normal, the result of the computer taking a while to relearn everything. Another fellow had to replace his...

    Will These Wheels Fit?

You could dismount the tires and take them to a shop and have the bores opened up. I think you only need to remove something like 5mm in diameter. With labor for the machine work and dismount/mount tires, you might be adding a couple hundred to the price, unless you have some buddies. I don't...

    Useless thread about driving somewhere.

I've done a drive like that before and quite enjoyed it, though we suffered a small mechanical on the way home. We headed up I-5N from the Sacramento area and then took 42W just south of Roseburg to 101S. If I had more time, I would have liked to have hopped on 542S, but I'm guessing passenger...

    Which one, advice

I'd take 50k fewer miles before the locker, but you ended up with the best of both worlds! Do you know if the timing belt and water pump have been done?
