I'll say one thing for my dealer.. They have truly taken this issue on. Head on really. After replacing the steering gear the issue persisted (surprise!) 60-80 like clockwork. They took the car today to discount tire for a re-balance.. Noticeably better.. 60-70 near gone. 70-80...

Brand new 15 trail has been in the shop for 2+ weeks now while diagnosing the specified vibration issue. Currently at 600 miles...100 of which have been driven by the techs.
