G284 = 4.30 in a 5spd

95 toyota 4runner 3.0l g284 i have a 95 toyota 4runner with a 3.0l and in the door jam it say g284 i heard that is a 4:30 gear ratio and the 3rd member is bad is this correct and do i replace it with the same
