On a 4 runner to be used in the deer pasture 90% of the time is it necessary to install UCA when i put a 3" suspension lift on it?

I just acquired a 1999 4runner. It has 200,000 miles on it, I'm going to use it for my deer lease vehicle. I'm gonna put mud tires on it, I need help with getting the maximum lift I can get with new shocks and coil springs, does anyone have recommendations on what I should get to accomplish...

I'm new to the 4runner world, i'm looking for advice on the best way to get more ground clearance. My 4runner has 200,000 miles on it so im sure it wouldn't hurt to replace the coil springs, what springs and shocks would get me the maximum lift, and do ya'll think I need a body lift kit? Thanks
