My opinion is rear bumper first. 1-get the spare off the bottom to improve clearance 2-get better departure angles which you will most likely experience a need for sooner than an approach issue 3-get the hitch up higher. 4- get solid recovery points to pull you back out of a problem if need be...

I know this is super old thread but I was wondering if you remember what you torqued those skid plate bolts too? I am installing a set of RCI skids and I am assuming all the skid plates torque to the same lbs. thanks.

I try to get it clean fairly quickly after it snows. CO uses mag chloride so I want that off my truck asap.
