2013 fail My second door actuator just went out. Dealership said it happens a lot. Anyone thought of looking in to a lawsuit?

Mine just failed. Again. I had the drivers side door fixed months ago. Now the passenger side is failing. Toyota service department admitted that this is a huge recurring issue with 4runners, Tacoma, and Avalon. They also admitted that eventually, they all go out. Yet ... Toyota has not...
