I did some more testing at the 4wd module and it appears that the beeping coming from the transfer case is exactly that, it's stuck/frozen/broken. I found the 2 wires that engage and disengage the 4hi/Lo motor and when testing 2wd to 4wd, they alternate and jump to 12v then back to 0 and vise...
