It looks mostly cosmetic, it probably won't be totaled. I had my beloved V6 manual Accord rear ended last year, the bumper cover, bumper, trunk and driver side rear quarter were all damaged, and the insurance had it repaired.
I asked about having other work done - the hood needed a repaint...
