Believe it or not punching your dash "lightly" will sometimes shake things up enough to get a good connection again and they will light up. The same thing happened to my Honda Ody. I have to punch mine every week.... "Punch at own risk" :)

Figured out that it only happens when the fan is on for the heater. If I turn the fan off from the dash switch it will go away. Does this mean I have a fan on the way out? It only happens when the idle kicks up.

No - it happens on it's own??? It is really starting to bug me! All the belts are new .... 4mo ... as well as the timing belt. If it was a belt it seems it would be happening all the time. But it is just when the idle kicks up.

So - I narrowed it down to a clicking noise from the belt area - it happens when the idle kicks up a little bit. It will go away when the idle drops back down. Any ideas? (It's not from the belts.)

Thats what is weird because I do have the wood trim and the MM auto tranny, but it is tagged as a SR5. The lettering is gold like the limited but it doesn't have a limited label anywhere. The PO didn't know and the title says SR5. Thanks for the feed back - Just curious?

I bought a 99 SR5 and I was wondering if someone could tell me or point me in the right direction of finding out what trim model I have. It came with a CD player, 16" wheels, gold trim and power everything???? Or is it just an SR5 with some extra stuff? Sorry about being the newbie!
