It's pretty common to tighten up new belts after running the engine a few heat cycles.

Looks like it has the rear diff lock button, not a bad price. I found a nice one in my area, 99 limited with rear diff lock 97k miles and they are asking 9700 for it and will not budge on the price. I hope that will help give you an idea of what people are asking.
