as zim already said the extra wheel base is from the middle of the frame being longer on the runner than the FJ. all the bracketry is in the same locations just the middle is stretched. the runners also have the extra crossmember after the rear axle since the body is longer with more overhang.

i just use a generic lithium based grease fortified with molly. usually a hightemp black or green, marine is even better. but as said already any grease is better than no grease

for the transmission use Toyota WS fluid. and only toyota WS fluid. front and rear diff, and Tcase use a full synthetic gl5 75-90 gear oil. for the driveshaft and ujoints i usually use a molly fortified grease, nothing special. most high temp wheel bearing greases will work.

try doing a zero point calibration of the traction/ roll sensor system. all it takes is a paper clip and less than 5minutes.

your seal for the tcase actuator has gone bad. it can be reasealed but takes a lot of time and careful disassembly and reassembly. the dealer and most shops solution is a complete new tcase which is about 2k just for the tcase.

the frames are the exact same. theyre the same chassis under the body, the only difference is that the FJ has a ~4.5 inch shorter wheel base. an FJ rear axle is a direct bolt in to a 2003+ 4runner.
