    I would loosen the belts on yours and get a feel for how it should rotate. Only you can feel that out and give an accurate comparison.

    I had bought a 99 from a guy in San Diego a few years ago. He didn't have it long or live on the coast per say, but it spent most of its life in Colorado. It had quite a bit of rust. I think they salt the roads in the Rockies. CA and AZ should be rust free. I know in the Central Mountains...
