well who makes a decent after market fender flare then and I will just remove the stockers

I recently pulled the stock running boards and no on the front I have a gap from the fender flare down to the bottom of the fender, does somebody make a mud flap that comes up the fender a little bit and meets with the original black fender flare? or do I need to pull the flares and replace them...

Just did the rear brakes and now the parking brake light comes on and off mostly on? Does this have something to do with adjusting the rear brakes? if so how do I go about fixing it. thanks
