92 hilux surf solenoid in engine leaking diesel. It looks like a black cylinder, I've heard that it's a O Ring that goes in it, just wondering if anyone has had this problem?

Hey Guys long time lurker first time poster. I've got a 92 4Runner Helix Surf Diesel that's leaking like a civ from the engine block, it's a clear fluid that smells like diesel, so my guess is it's diesel. Anyone else have problem like this? or have any idea what it could be?. Thanks Cyloke
