Stock Driver side UCA Anybody willing to give away stock driver side upper control arm from 3rd gen 4runner (96-02)? The boot is ripped on mine and need a replacement to hold me over until I get new aftermarket UCAs. :peace:

It's for sure from the cv axle seal. The oil color and viscosity is different.

Since this past Sunday, there weren't any drips on the ground. I would wipe it down, drive it around, and then see that same amount as pictured just dangling. I don't see any drip marks on the ground in the morning which leads me to believe that it is a slow leak. So far I have seen it every...

I know that the seals don't have a stop and you need to drive it in certain amount. I did watch that video and read up on threads. Lol I made sure the seal was exactly same depth as my original ones were before. Again, there were no leaks at all after I replaced the seal. Drove it around and...

I did pretty good. Completed the trail (Holcomb not Dishpan) with just scrapes to the stock skid plates. No body damage like people warned me about. :D Alot had to do with careful tire placement, stacking rocks, and having a good spotter. I did realize not having lockers made it little...

Went wheeling with my Jeep buddies. They were pretty surprised how capable these 4Runners are. I only have 3" lift and 32s. :) BTW the rocker panel isn't cracked in the last pic. Just my black dog seat cover tie down which I closed the door on.

My passenger side CV axle seal was leaking so I replaced it with brand new OEM seal. Drove around for few hundred miles with no issues and zero leaks. I went wheeling this past weekend and now I see that there's a slight leak on the passenger side halfshaft cv axle seal. It's a slow leak...

I did Holcomb and not Dishpan. Also, rocker panel isn't cracked. That black line you see is from my dog seat cover. I just closed the door with the string sticking out. Lol. Regardless, I've been on waitlist for Savage rock sliders for couple months so patiently waiting for that! :)

UPDATE: Thanks to those who posted here. I ended up doing Holcomb trail starting from Hanna Flat campground side. Definitely very technical trail and pretty difficult esp those rock gardens. However, with careful tire placement, good spotter, and stacking rocks, I did manage to get through...

Ok change of plans. We are going to Holcomb Creek. Looks pretty rocky, but not as intense as Dishpan trail. lol
