There will be virtually no MPG loss from a spacer like this. The hit in MPG would be from a larger tire if you choose to go that direction.

I installed a 1/2" thick spacer which yielded around 1" of lift. There is still some rake, which really should be there anyhow. I installed this in place of my cornfed 3/2, and I'm very happy with the results.

I totally agree on the rockstars! Spacers have their place too. The ability to not disassemble your strut to add a mild topout lift is a nice thing about them, not to mention this can be done for $40.

05 Sport, Rotated wheels at 50k miles a few days ago and there was alot of pad left.

I had steering shimmy at 55-65 mph.....took spacers off and the problem was completely gone. Needless to say I sold the spacers.
