I'm sure you will be fine. Like I mentioned, I've seen plenty of people run that combo. I was just surprised that they would exceed the approved rim size for that tire (again, using the AT3 specs from cooper, maybe ATPs are different, but I thought they were just named differently for discount...

Sorry, I was mistaken. The AT3 are recommended for 7-8.5 inch wheels. As opposed to my initial post about 7.5-8.5" Sorry about that. That recommendation is for the LT rated tires. The P rated tires say its good for 7-9" rims. Don't recall you stating which ones you went with (I can't find...
