it wasn't a matter of undoing it or fastening it, it was a matter of: 1. lining up the holes properly to the bold through the shock + mount 2. getting the bolt back there - it's a super tight spot!

I vote that the bolt from hell is the one in the rear of the front shock upper mounts. Spent 2 hours trying to get that one in last night.

Finally caved and bought a rooftop tent. I got the tepui gran sabana. Tried it out for the first time on the weekend - it's massive! I was using my Tacoma since I'm still in the process of rebuilding my shocks. Finally got them filled yesterday. Should be reinstalled sometime this week.

If you have shin guards, clean them out regularly so that any moisture in the crud won't corrode your shafts. You can also spray some lube on the section of the shaft that doesn't get normal use. +1 on lubricating the uniballs, mine got severely corroded. Depending on use and climate, complete...

Hey, what exactly did you get from radflo? Is it just the needle adapter or an entire gauge and needle?

I'm rebuilding them myself. I spoke to radflo today, they were quite helpful. I ordered new bushings (I already have the seal kits and nitrogen ports). I'll buff the shafts and decide then if filling the pits is a viable option.
