Sometimes it doesn’t throw the light. My daughter tried to open the hatch on mine, wasn’t successful though. When I drove it and hit bumps, it would beep and flash the door open light very briefly. Took a while to figure it out! Good luck Daisy

Mine was doing it too, rattles over bumps. Had the dealership look at it and they ended up changing out the whole moonroof assembly! 10k miles later and I hear it every once in a while...

Alot of folks are going to ham only for 4 wheeling. I have run both on runs and ham is vastly superior for call quality and clarity. Not to mention, you can talk to someone who is further away than a mile! HTH Daisy
