Buzzing sound from engine

Noticed buzzing while the key was on but engine not running. Tried to start it and it barely started. Acted like it was flooded. What should I look at first?

Best Tire Brand Suggestions

I still like the good old fashioned BFG AT they are great in snow and last along time.

Toyota FJ Cruiser is scarce, hot and high-priced

I have a 21 4Runner OR and my daughter has a 07 FJ TRD SE and i think that the FJ rides as nice. The visibility isn't bad at all.
